Greenwich Free School

Public Consultation Open

17th October 2012

As you may be aware, The Greenwich Free School opened this September in interim accommodation on the Adair House site, 403 Shooters Hill Road.

Following development of a scheme for our permanent accommodation over the past months, which retains the 1930's building, a planning application has been submitted (planning portal reference: 12/2103/F).

As part of our commitment to being good neighbours we would like to invite you to call into the school on Friday, 19th October between 4pm and 7pm for an exhibition, at which Willmott Dixon, (the Contractor), Hunters (the architect) and the school will be available to answer questions on:

- Rationale behind the design solution;

- The planning application/process;

- Who you need to contact to raise any enquiries;

- The timescales involved;

- How we intend to communicate with you during the programme; and

- Show a range of images, drawings and plans of the proposals (which form the planning application submission).

The exhibition will take place on Friday, 19th October 2012 (4pm to 7pm) at:

The Greenwich Free School, 403 Shooters Hill Road, Greenwich, London, SE18 4LH

We hope you will take advantage of this opportunity to attend. If you would like a further opportunity to read about the project and express your views, you may fill in a questionnaire by clicking here. The full text of the flyer that has been issued to the local community may be found here.

If you have any enquiries in the interim, please contact Andy Ratcliffe, Senior Design Manager, on 01322 626650 or by email.
